Chris Shaffer. Sage Adviser and Story Teller.
Man, what can I say? I’ve been riding motorcycles longer than I have been married – and that’s a long time! I started my love affair with motorcycles back in 1968. I was in 5th grade and my dad built a “tote goat” out of a wrecked Honda 90 and a Cushman scooter. Dad thought he would use it for getting to remote fishing holes, but I had other ideas. I’ve been riding ever since.
My goal as a Horizon ADV contributor is simply to share from my experience. By doing so, I will hopefully help some riders navigate the vast world of motorcycle products, while entertaining others with riding tales that stem from my own observation and adventures. In the meantime, I pray that all your riding adventures end safely and with a smile on your face.
